KDevelop doesn't work

I'm no expert, but the problem is autoconf.  The version that
shipped with suse 7.3 doesn't work properly and the previous level
must be reinstalled.  I'm a Red Hat user, so I didn't keep track
of the version numbers, but this might make the archive search
easier.
