autoconf trouble with Kdevelop 2.0.2

Hi,

I have trouble compiling anything with kdevelop 2.0.2 and kde 2.2.2. I
always get this:

cd . && autoheader
./aclocal.m4:2181: error: m4_defn: undefined macro: _m4_divert_diversion
acfunctions.m4:1108: AM_FUNC_OBSTACK is expanded from...
./aclocal.m4:2181: the top level
autoconf: tracing failed
gmake: *** [stamp-h.in] Error 1
*** failed ***

I even can´t make a new project!

Furthermore I cannot download the latest cvs code anymore. cvs wants a
password now. I followed the rules on the kdevelop page.

Any help?
