New Emacs part for gideon

Hi,

During the last two days I have developed an editor KPart for gideon, which
enables gideon to use emacs as its editor. The part is heavily based on the
nedit part which is already part of gideon. Currently the emacs part only
provides basic functionality and could be extended in the future.

I have provided a patch against the HEAD branch of kdevelop. The patch is
against the freshly updated cvs code. Since this is my first contribution to
kdevelop, I hope everything is okay with the patch. Otherwise feel free to
drop me a mail.

If anyone is interested in the part, please try it and tell me what you think
about it.

Bye, Marcus

P.S.: Is this the right list to post patches or should I use kdevelop-devel?
