Any cure for "overriding commands (...)"?

What causes this? I know it doesn't matter, but it clutters the output
when you're compiling. I've got about 40 lines of crap messages like this
in one of my libs now which means I'm nearing a point where I really just
can't stand it any longer :)

Where should I start looking if I wanna fix this?
