Where is the latest User Manual

The latest user manual is in 2.0, updated for the functions in 2.0. We wanted 
to update the website's docs but nothing happened yet :) 

If there's someone who wants to keep track on the website a bit more (which 
is currently done right now on occasion by those of us core developers who 
have little time anyway), please contact Sandy Meier to get a CVS account for 
the website's CVS. This is a nice job for occasional work or stressed family 
fathers who're still searching for a nice place in free software development 
that doesn't require too much thinking and gives enough enjoyment to count as 
a hobby towards your partner :)
