Where is the latest User Manual

[kdevelop]

I'm now using kdevelop 1.4,the user manual comes with it is V1.2,and on kdevelop.org,the version is 1.1,hmmm....,which is the latest version of user manual,v2.0 or v1.2 or any else,and where is it?
