window is too large

Bugs:
Whenever I click on the Debug button to debug my program, the windows
will become larger and it won't fit into the screen.  I have to stop the
program, click Unmaximize, Maximize to restore the window to its
original size.  However, it will happen again when I click on the Debug
button.
Sometimes after I rebuild my program and set a breakpoint, the program
won't stop at the breakpoint.  I have to set another breakpoint
somewhere above the old breakpoint to make it stop where I want it to
be.

Wish List:
I hope at I can see Hexadecimal value in the Watch variable window.
That will be a great help and increase my productivity.
