C/C++ reference manual as PS/PDF file?

The current reference is only available as HTML as the author has
allowed us to use it and it is the only version available. But we´re
working on a new reference all written in docbook by ourselves so when
that one is ready we´ll have a ps/pdf version as well but it will take
some month at least.
