The newer snapshot should be there

but unfortunately they are not there and I don't know when they will
appear.

Anyway the Qt Designer integration is not finished, there are still bugs
in the build system when compiling *.ui files, so it is probably better
to wait except if you want to help us debug it. In this case you should
use anonymous CVS (see http://www.kde.org/anoncvs.html) or ask for a CVS
account.
