adding new class with/to 1.3beta

Hi,

I'll have a look if you like, but we're trying to finalise kdevelop1.3, so 
unless it's straightforward, it probably isn't a good idea to add now.

Now if you really want to get your teeth into kdevelop code then kdevelop2.0 
needs keen developers :-)

Send a unified ("diff -u") patch to me
