Alter CVS-Path in Project

Assuming the two repositories are properly sync'd you can just edit or
replace
the Root file in the CVS directories. If you search the kde-core-devel
mail
archive then you should find a script for this that was posted a while
back
when we temporarily moved the repository due to network troubles on the
main
server.
