OT: Pictures in SGML

Hello all

I`m currently writing a documentation for a KDE-App i've written using
SGML, but I just can`t figure out how to include a picture for HTML
pages. I know that using `<eps ...` enables me to include eps-files, so
sgml2latex works, but doing sgml2html doesn`t convert this to anything
that can be shown in a browser. Do I have to use 
<#if statements?

Any hint is appreciated,

P.S.: I`m still getting these weird segfaults I wrote about some days
ago. Unfortuately I had no reply :-(...
