Hi Hauke,

you can use those available with the kdepackages, e.g. kdemultimedia or
kdegraphics. Or modify one you think would fit as a base; that´s how
we´re mostly doing it - or draw them yourself ;-)  You could contact
Torsten Rahn (kde-artist), he will know some other places as well.
