This is a static library that is shipped with Qt. Look in your
qt-dir/extensions/OpenGL/src, there you should find the makefile to
create the lib. Otherwise you have to look in your distribution if there
is another qt rpm/package for that. If that fails, get the qt source
package and recompile it.
