Creating a shared library

On which folder??
1) It may not be a custom project
2) It has to be a folder with a Makefile.am
   Which is done by KDevelop, if you add/create a source file into this
directory.
3) I may not be the directory which creates the target binary and the
administrativa toplevel directory.
   In a project called myProject you cannot convert the following
Makefile.ams:
   myProject/Makefile.am
   myProject/myProject/Makefile.am
