c_c++reference again

G'day,

what is the revision number of the latest c_c++reference manual?

I've got the version 1.8 which seems to have a few problems with
missing files und misformed directory names und URL's. 

E.g. reference in document:
./share/doc/HTML/default/kdevelop/reference/C/CONTRIB/OREILLY_USING_C

on system:
./share/doc/HTML/default/kdevelop/reference/C/CONTRIB/OR_USING_C

etc. pp. 

I will fix it if this is the latest version
