KDevelop 1.1beta1 + HtDig

Hello Sandy,

I don't know whether you get previous letter (it was
the same as this one), but because I got not a word from
you I'm resending this again.

When I sent you the patch for adding htdig support I forgot
to include one little piece, that nevertheless is very important.
Without this patch KDevelop crashes on attempt to create
search databases, because HtDig starts its output with 
empty line. This patch changes COutputWidget so it changes
_first empty_ line to one space.
