Where is C/C++ Reference?

I'm almost sure I got it from a link on the Kdevelop site, but I can't find
the link now.

KDEDIR for most distributions is /opt/kde. The generic kde tarballs
default to /usr/local/kde. I think Debian puts kde in /usr, executables in
/usr/bin, includes in /usr/include, etc.
