xgettext

At first, congratulation for the terrific product.

I think it's time for a stupid question ...

Sometimes KDevelop tells me, that xgettext is not available so something can not completed successfully. I did not found that tool on my RedHat (6.0) CD.
Where can I get it, either in source or binary form ?

Suggestions are very appreciated.
