Using QT2.x

Now I have used cvsup and retrieved the kde-common directory.
i do as the cvsup doc says:

go into kde-common/admin
ln -s ../kde-common/admin .
make -f Makefile.cvs
- --> there is no such file so i use Makefile.common instead.
this wants a configure.in but theres only configure.in.min so i
use configure.in.min instead. And now it says:
grep: Makefile.am: Datei oder Verzeichnis nicht gefunden
(german: file not found)
*** retrieving configure tests neede by configure.in
aclocal: configure.in: 31: macro 'AM_KDE_WITH_NLS' not found in
library
make: ***[cvs] Error 1

Have I done something wrong?
