Please delete the following files:

/opt/kde/share/doc/HTML/de/kdevelop/reference/C/*

Then get the c_cpp_reference package from my side
(http://www.keywarrior.net/duesti/kde/kdevelop.en.html) and install it
(works with SuSE 6.3, too).
