If you want to develop a KDE application, you will need to install KDE
properly. At least the libraries in (/opt/kde/lib on SuSE-Linux) ||
(/usr/lib on RedHat) and the headers of KDE in (/opt/kde/include on
SuSE-Linux) || (/usr/include/kde on RedHat). Furthermore you have to set
environment variables QTDIR and KDEDIR to enable that KDevelop finds the
whole stuff.
