Popups to display functions/methods (was Re: Code Completion volunteer?)

There are two popup menus in the toolbar to do this. You select the class
in the left popup menu and the method in the right popup menu.
Also Roland Schafer started to work on icons in the editor left gray
border that could hide/show the code inside the functions/methods.
I don't know if Roland will continue his work on this (Roland are you
still there?), but perhaps anyway you can help on this topic if you are
interested in it.
