Where can I get kdoc?

I almost have my Beta 1 KDevelop all put together.  Only a couple of
issues now.

1. I don't know what package KDoc comes from or where to get it.

2. I can't find kdelibs on my Linux box!  my RPM utility tells me that
its already installed.  How do I find the directory that KDevelop is
looking for?

I'm using Mandrake 6.1 with the beta KDevelop that came with it.
