Delopment versions problem

hello stijn, 

i had the same problem a few days ago.
thes solution is !!not!! to process with setup.
you get the documentation from the web ( as rpm-file ) and install it with 
kpackage.
the next time you start kdevelop the documentation is available.
not very difficult if you know how to do it :-))
