Delopment versions problem

I don't manage to get the kde-documentation right. If I try (option,
setup, documentation), I cannot create a database (it says
KDE-dumentation path not set correctly)
my settings: KDE-libraries-Doc:
~/.kde/share/apps/kdevelop/KDE-Documentation; i unzipped the kde-sources
and pointed the kde-sources-path to kdelibs (with subdirectories
kdecore, kdeui...).  Can anyone tell me what is wrong (Kdevelop 0.4
version)?
Btw: what is qt.doc (obviously it's a file i'm missing, how can i
generate that file??)
