Plans for KDK update?

Greetings,

    Once again many congratulations on the completion of KDevelop 1.3!
With said completion, and with the apparent replacement of KTranslate
with KBabel, etc., I was wondering what plans were afoot for a new KDK.

    Are there plans to build a new KDK? Any time estimates? Is any help
needed (I could assist with RPM's for Red Hat 6.2)?
