Component Libraries

Forgive me if this has been discussed before - I just subscribed :/

I've just started using KDevelop and from what it seems the only place
where you would find a visual layout for GUI components is in the Dialog
Editor. Is there an equivalent "View Editor" that would allow designing
screens like the forms editor in Delphi or C++Builder?

Also, is there a standardized way to hook custom developed component
libraries into KDevelop - again, I like the way Delphi and C++Builder do
it because as a component writer I have a very clean interface and as a
user I get all the benefits of design time inspection etc.
