Where is STDIN for the internal debugger?

Hi,

I just tried to debug a console application which I have imported as a
custom project to KDevelop (version 1.1). The program starts and it prints
its prompt to the stdout tab of the KDevelop output window. But from where
does a console application read its input, when it runs in the KDevelop
internal debugger? Typing into the stdout tab has no effect.
