Upgrading Doc-View Framework

Koffice contains a doc-View framework in it´s libraries, but
unfortunately neiter KDE nor Qt has this by default. I´ve written to TT
to add such a thing like they already did with QCanvas for the 2.1, but
it will sure take some time.
About the menueditor there will be some kind because you can create
menus with XML files now, so this should be a "trivial" task maybe.
