c_c++_reference.tar.gz

Kdevelop 1.1 has a document section titled C/C++ Reference.  This is empty and
kdevelop complains that I should download "c_c++_reference.tar.gz" from
www.kdevelop.org.  I looked through the website with no luck.  Searched the web
with no luck. 

Anyone know where "c_c++_reference.tar.gz" is avail from?
