Can't locate include files

I had a similar Problem, because the QT wasn't found. It was in
/usr/libs/qt1g
and kdevelop searched under /usr/libs/qt, so I generated a symlink
/usr/libs/qt
which shows at /usr/libs/qt1g! (I know my english is bad)
