Tim,

I'm interested in working on this. I will obtain htDig very soon to assess
how large of an undertaking this will be. As the other bidder states, I'm
not sure how willing the maintainers of kdevelop will be to add this to the
main codebase. However, since htDig will more so be an option as opposed to
a replacement I don't think it'll be that hard to obtain approval.
If I do take up the project I will accept your proposed amount of $1000. I
will donate a portion of this money to kdevelop but the amount I donate will
depend on how much time it takes me to implement htDig into kdevelop and the
difficulty.
I highly encourage someone else to join me in this project and I will be
more than willing to split the money evenly.
