integrated debugger patch

Hi,

I've updated the debugger patch, adding
- modify breakpoints
- display memory
- disassemble code
- display registers.

I've made it straightforward  to apply this patch to kdevelop-1.0beta3.
Instructions are on the download page.

That means it's no longer so straightforward to apply to a cvs version,
as you're likely to get conflicts in the patch, but it shouldn't take you too
long to sort out those conflicts :-)
