Saving/Opening

Sorry, because opening and saving is so different for each application
(think about a graphics package vs. a word processor, for instance ),
only the very basic shell of the save and open commands has been
implemented.  If you need some sample code for a basic text editor, for
instance, just email me and I'll send an example over.
