New feature: Comment/Uncomment blocks of code

Hi all,

It's done. With the help of Sandy Meier, I uploaded the following source

files to ftp://fara.cs.uni-potsdam.de/incoming/

ckdevelop.cpp
resource.h
ckdevelop_init.cpp
ckdevelop.h
ceditwidget.h
kwdoc.cpp
kwdoc.h
kwview.cpp
kwview.h

and also

commentfeaturesources.tar.gz, which contains all of the former.

These are the source files I made changes in.
Sorry but I don't know how to use diff, and I don't have kdiff, that's
why I uploaded them like this.
Furthermore, I am currently using kdevelop-1.0beta4 with no patch (not
even the beta4.1 patch), so if you are using another version these files

are perhaps not so easy to use.

I would be very happy if someone could make a patch from these files, so

that it's easy for other to use.
Anyway I will learn more about diff and kdiff, and also upgrade to
kdevelop-1.0beta4.1.
