QT 2.0 and Kdevelop

At least TrollTech says Qt2.0 is backwards compatible and as far as I
know there are only some changes in the interface(pass references to
objects instead of pointers etc.) So I think KDevelop should compile
with Qt2.0, but I haven't tried it yet.
