installing Kdoc

I grabbed kdoc of a web site and untarred it to usr/tmp/kdoc... I then ran "configure", "make", and "make install" without errors.

Where or what did it do? I noticed it created a few perl scripts. But, when I run Kdevelope and attempt to configure it so that the Kdoc directory points to just about anthing imaginaable it says that it did not find Kdoc.

Do I need to move any files to a specific location?
