Kdevelop 0.4 crahed when leaving project-options

1)

I dl'ed the weekly snapshot 2 days ago and found out that for a project
generated
from an older version (It should happen on 'new' ones too but I didn't
test.)
when leaving the Project-Options it saves them and then dissapears from
my screen.

2)

Under Project-Options (don't remember how the tabs were named) there is
a field
processes or similar where you can select a number. Does this mean the
-j<NUMBER>
flag of make to use <NUMBER> parallel processes if possible?
