Please add highlighting for C++ symbols

Hi !

Here are the changes to KDevelop support highlight for C++ symbols, i'm not in
KDevelop developement team. I don't know how to report changes to version CVS.
Also, help me to do !

Two these files : highlight.h.diff and highlight.cpp.diff are the output of
command diff on file version CVS : kdevelop19990724.tar.gz.
