php is a hypertext preprozessor (www.php.de). the same language which
parts of kdevelop.org are made.
the faq has a user-view ( shows faq's, search, index of faq' and so on) and
also a author management, so everybody who is involved in develop this faq can
get a account and edit/insert,delete FAQ's at your browserwindow.
the design must be remade into the kdevelop.org design.
