Patch for KDevelop to allow using of Ht://Dig as search engine

Oops, forgot to attach the patch.

Can I propose this patch? 
List of changes:
ccreatedocdatabasedlg.cc, .h - added two radio buttons to choose preferred
     search engine, moved rest of controls some way down the window, 
     increased window height a little. Added check for search engine
     and run of htdig if htdig is selected.
ckdevelop.cpp - changed slotOptionsCreateSearchDatabase to look
     for htdig as well as glimpseindex and passing results of search to 
     constructor of CCreateDocDatabaseDlg. Added function 
     'encodeURL'. Changed slotHelpSearchText to look for htsearch 
     as well as glimpse, added invoking of htsearch.
ckdevinstall.cpp - added checking for htdig and modified error,
     message to mention htdig as well as glimpse.
coutputwidget.cpp - modified to work around problem when output
     of invoked utility starts with '\n'.

Added creating of htdig.conf in tool/ subridectory. Though I'm not
sure that config for external utility should be distributed along
with KDevelop, but it would be better to have personal config file
for htdig for using with KDevelop. Probably just some installation
instructions should include what directory htdig.conf should be put in.
