Tools ?

Hej !

I just installed Kdevelop via rpm on my RedHat 6.1 box without a
problem.
I am new to kdevelop but it feels just great !!

But I cannot use it the way I want. That's frustrating.
I want to use Kdevelop together with the Diffpack projects. It contains
plenty of C++ libraries installed in various places on the computer.
To ease the compiling they create the utility 'Make' (note the capital
M). It reads some local file .pdmkvars and values $TIMR to create an exe
file 'app'. It takes care of everything.
Therefore I want to use this 'Make' and 'app' instead of the whole gmake
stuff installed on kdevelop.
I tried to install those command as tools but nothing happens. Moreover
I would like to have the possibility to add parameters to my 'app'
execution.

How shall I configure kdevelop to do that ?
