the file "am_edit" should be in the root of your kdevelop source
distribution. I don't know where you got the tarball but it *should* be
there.

I'm using bleeding edge nightly tarballs. They're working great. The
development has been extremely quick. It's getting more stable and new
features are popping up all the time.
