kde_toolbardir

Maybe I am just doing something wrong, but:

I am using an icon in the toolbar and have added a file run.xpm to the
project. I specified that this file 
should be installed in position:
$(kde_toolbardir)/run.xpm

I expected the file after installation to be located in
/opt/kde/share/apps/kisetl/toolbar/ where kisetl is the application
name. Surprisingly (and dangerously due to possible conflicts) the file
ended up in: /opt/kde/share/toolbar/

Am I specifying the wrong path?
