Missing feature: support for namespace

Hi!

The class browser of kdevelop shows an invalid behaviour when confronted
with classes within namespaces. Their methods appear as global and the
classes are not shown at all.

It seems best to me to incorporate namespaces as subtrees within the class
tree. Any comments?
