kdesdk configuration

I just got the kdesdk from their ftp server. But configure halts with
the following output:

configure: error: no kwm found
configure: error: ./configure failed for kdesgmltools     

What next? I've got the SGML-Tools from S.u.S..E 6.1 and KDE 1.1.1
