"The KDE-Documentation-Path isn't set correctly." + asso

I tried to get the docs from developer.kde.org, however
that server is probably down. btw what's up with this server ?
I tried yesterday also and it wasn't responding .

In short : can anyone mail me the docs and bried install
instructions ?
