c_c++ Reference Start-Page gets lost

Hi Folks,
I have noticed the the index Page of the c_c++-reference-guide gets lost
if I make an make install for a new cvs-version of kdevelop. I think
kdevelop should somehow test if it is installed and then ommit the copying
of the error-page of c_c++-reference.
