Strange Behavior in Qt AppWizard's Output

In saturday's snapshot, I ran the program that the Qt appwizard created for
me. When I clicked on the upper left-hand corner of the window to close the
application (I'm using windowmaker), the app closed down and then started
right back up. If I chose to quit from the file menu, the program closed
and stayed that way. Could this be a window manager related issue?
